Strategy

Before getting started, we want to get to know your business. We'll discuss your completed questionnaire and Pinterest board on a strategy call. We’ll discuss your business’ purpose, services, ideal clients, and future goals.

Design + Build

We’ll create a site map and wireframe of your website, and design your initial logo concept(s). We’ll refine designs and content, and then build your live website and implement any final changes with up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Launch!

We’ll show you how to navigate your Squarespace dashboard and how to easily update your site over a live training session. We’ll transfer files and site ownership, and celebrate the launch of your new website!

+ How many website pages does this include?

The custom website + branding package includes up to 6 pages. This typically includes the home page, blog (with up to 3 posts) or portfolio (with up to 3 projects) and 4 other pages. Two legal pages, a custom 404 page, coming soon page, and a custom thank you page are included upon request and at no additional cost. More pages require an additional fee.

+ How long does the process take?

The process will take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your selected package. We book projects at least a month out giving you plenty of time to get your content ready.

+ What do I need to have ready before I start?

We need all of your content: images, website copy, branding guidelines, branding assets (logo, etc.), and a completed client questionnaire before we can start.

+ How many revisions do I get on the website design?

After you receive the first draft of your website, you get 3 rounds of refinements to make any changes.

+ Do you offer a la carte design services?

Yes, we offer a la carte services such as website updates, technical help, branding, magazine and editorial design, marketing collateral, and more. Contact us for details, or see the list below.

+ Do I need a domain name before we start working together?

A domain name is the address to your website: https://yourbusinessname.com. You do not need a domain before you start a web project, we can help you choose one and set it up through Squarespace if you don’t already have one.

+ Should I buy a Squarespace plan before starting a website?

No, your website will be built on a temporary account, and then transferred to you once completed.

+ How can I track my website’s performance?

Squarespace has a built-in analytics module. However, we provide support to implement Google Analytics tracking for more robust tracking as your business grows.

+ Do you develop e-commerce sites?

We serve service based businesses, but can create an e-commerce page as on add-on. For an additional fee, we will develop the structure of the shop, complete 3 full product examples, and then show you how to implement the remaining products and variances to complete your shop. Contact us for details.

+ How does payment work?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, 35% is due at project kick-off and final 35% is due before launch.

+ Are there additional fees associated with a new website design?

Yes, you’ll need to purchase a domain name, and a Squarespace hosting plan.
